§ 01 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and aaaph ("aaaph", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at aaaph.cam and its associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the aaaph website, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the aaaph Platform and close your account.

aaaph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations and rights.

§ 02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

• "Platform" refers to the aaaph online gaming website at aaaph.cam, including all its pages, features, and services.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on the aaaph Platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of funds held in a player's aaaph wallet, including real-money funds and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback awards, or other non-cash credits awarded to a player by aaaph under the terms of a promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a player from their own financial accounts via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, bank transfer, or other accepted payment channels.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a player must wager a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to aaaph's identity and age verification process as required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to aaaph is blocked, restricted, or illegal under applicable law.

§ 03 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to the aaaph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Philippine law sets the minimum age for participation in casino-style gaming at 21 years, and aaaph strictly enforces this requirement without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or in violation of any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order issued through aaaph or any PAGCOR-recognized exclusion programme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of aaaph or any of its affiliated game providers.

aaaph requires mandatory KYC verification for all accounts before real-money withdrawals are processed. Verification documents accepted include a valid Philippine passport, UMID, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or voter's ID. The KYC process confirms both identity and age of majority.

§ 04 Account Registration and Security

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) aaaph account. The registration of duplicate accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering on aaaph, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaaph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. aaaph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your aaaph account, you must contact aaaph support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. aaaph may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of a reported breach.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

aaaph is required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above minimum thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by aaaph following a withdrawal request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

§ 05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aaaph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aaaph does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or foreign currencies unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on aaaph is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, high-value deposits may trigger enhanced KYC review in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. All deposited funds must originate from financial accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Verified GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within an average of fifteen (15) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

aaaph reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed in cases where a player's account is under investigation for potential fraud or policy violations.

5.4 Transaction Fees

aaaph does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, Maya, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. aaaph is not responsible for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

§ 06 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by aaaph are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to these general bonus rules. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available only to eligible, verified aaaph accounts in good standing.
• Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before any portion becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• During bonus wagering, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is ₱500, unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero contribution. The contribution rate for each game category is published in the individual promotion terms.
• aaaph reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and associated profits if it determines that a player has exploited a bonus in bad faith, engaged in low-risk wagering strategies designed purely to meet wagering requirements, or violated any other provision of these Terms.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire thirty (30) days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time

Only one active bonus may be held in an aaaph account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active will result in forfeiture of the prior bonus balance and its associated wagering progress.

§ 07 Gaming Rules and Bet Validity

All games available on the aaaph Platform operate under the rules of the individual game as published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real-money funds.

7.1 RNG Games

Random Number Generator (RNG) games — including slots, video poker, and virtual table games — produce outcomes using certified random number generation technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Results are final and cannot be reversed after the game round is completed.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from live studios. The ruling of the presiding dealer and the studio management is final in all cases. Technical disconnections occurring after a bet has been placed and the round has commenced do not entitle a player to a void of that bet; winnings on completed rounds will be credited upon reconnection.

7.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a software, hardware, or live stream malfunction that interrupts a game in progress, aaaph will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue and credit affected players fairly. aaaph's decisions in malfunction scenarios are final. Malfunctions void all pays and plays only where the malfunction affects the outcome of a round that has not yet been completed.

7.4 Sports Betting

All sports bets — including wagers on PBA games, NBA, UFC, international boxing, and other events available on aaaph — are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market as published in the aaaph Sportsbook section. aaaph reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently determined to have been conducted unfairly, subject to corruption, or abandoned without a completed result.

§ 08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaaph Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or using more than one aaaph account, whether personally or through third parties.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and live table games.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to make decisions or place bets on the aaaph Platform without real-time human input.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Depositing funds using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials. aaaph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies in all fraud investigations.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating chargeback or payment reversal claims with your bank or payment provider in bad faith after funds have been wagered on aaaph.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software errors, pricing errors, or live dealer mistakes to generate winnings that would not have been possible under correct circumstances.
• Money Laundering: Using the aaaph Platform in any way connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with aaaph support.

§ 09 Responsible Gaming

aaaph is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gaming on aaaph is intended as entertainment only and should never be used as a source of income or to resolve financial difficulties.

9.1 Self-Management Tools

Every aaaph account provides access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit to aaaph. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders at intervals of 30, 60, or 90 minutes that display your session duration, total wagered, and net win/loss.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are prepared to accept within a defined period before aaaph temporarily suspends your gaming access.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent self-exclusion from aaaph. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. During the exclusion period, aaaph will take reasonable technical steps to prevent you from opening a new account.

9.2 Minor Protection

aaaph strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. Players with minor children at home are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent access to gambling websites. aaaph is not responsible for minors accessing the Platform using the credentials of an adult account holder.

§ 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the aaaph Platform — including but not limited to the aaaph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of aaaph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any aaaph content without prior written consent.

§ 11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaaph shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or emotional distress.

aaaph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aaaph does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform. aaaph will take reasonable steps to minimise downtime and notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance.

§ 12 Privacy and Data Protection

aaaph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, processing transactions, providing customer support, complying with legal obligations, and improving the Platform.

aaaph will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by Philippine law, by order of a competent authority, or as necessary to process your transactions through our payment partners.

§ 13 Amendments to These Terms

aaaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aaaph will notify registered players via the email address on their account or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory directive.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your aaaph account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

§ 14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.1 Internal Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the aaaph Platform, you must first contact aaaph customer support at [email protected] with full details of the issue. aaaph will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within fourteen (14) business days.

14.2 Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. aaaph will cooperate fully with any regulatory review initiated by a competent Philippine authority.

14.3 Jurisdiction

For any legal proceedings not resolved through the internal dispute process, both parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
